the best prices - simple I suppose - however other developers will try and tell you that they are paying the best price for you land - how can this be true?
What is our buying process?
1) We come to meet you, that's the architect, the sales manager and the land buyers.
2) We request a short option period (usually between six months and twelve months).
4) We agree a fixed price for your land and a sensible time for you to find alternative accommodation should planning be successful
5) We pay your legal costs
6) Our Architect designs the properties and submits the planning permission at no cost to you
7) We pay the costs of site surveys, and specialist consultants
8) We pay for any planning appeals
9) We complete on the land, and we don't come back asking you to reduce the price.
10) We keep you informed throughout the process
